Quicksy is operated by Velocity Vision ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, UAE. We provide an AI-powered property search service for real estate agents via WhatsApp and Telegram.

When you use Quicksy, we collect the following information:

• Phone number: Your WhatsApp or Telegram number, used to identify your account and track usage
• Search queries: The property searches you submit, used to return results and improve the service
• Subscription data: Your plan, billing status, and subscription dates
• Usage data: Number of searches, timestamps, and interaction history
• Deal registrations: Any deals you register through the platform for commission purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Quicksy service
• Track your free search usage and subscription status
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Verify commission eligibility with partner developers
• Improve our AI search accuracy and property database
• Send you service-related communications via WhatsApp

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Partner developers: Your phone number and subscription status may be shared with partner developers solely for the purpose of verifying commission eligibility on closed deals.
• Supabase: Our database provider, where your account and search data is securely stored.

We do not share your search queries or client information with any third parties beyond what is described above.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data including:

• Encrypted database storage via Supabase
• Row-level security ensuring only you can access your own data
• Secure API connections for all data transfers
• No storage of payment card details — all payments processed by Stripe

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 12 months before deletion, in case you reactivate. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at support@quicksy.app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to data processing

8. WhatsApp and Telegram

Quicksy operates through WhatsApp and Telegram. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We only receive the messages you send directly to Quicksy and your phone number — we do not have access to any other WhatsApp or Telegram data.

9. Cookies

Our website (quicksy.app) may use basic analytics cookies to understand traffic. No personal data is collected through cookies on our website. The WhatsApp and Telegram bot does not use cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
