By accessing or using Quicksy ("the Service"), operated by Velocity Vision ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Quicksy is a WhatsApp and Telegram-based AI property search tool for real estate agents operating in the United Arab Emirates.
You must be a licensed real estate agent or property professional to use the paid features of Quicksy. By subscribing, you confirm that you are a professional operating lawfully in your jurisdiction.
Quicksy offers the following plans:
Your first month of subscription is billed monthly with no long-term commitment — you may cancel at any time during month 1.
From month 2 onwards, your subscription automatically converts to a 12-month annual commitment, billed monthly. By continuing past month 1, you agree to this annual commitment.
If you attempt to cancel after month 2, your subscription will remain active and billing will continue until your 12-month commitment period ends. Access to the service continues until the end of your commitment period.
Commission bonuses are available exclusively to active Pro and Elite subscribers from month 2 onwards. Commission is earned on deals closed with Quicksy's partner developers only. Not all properties or developers are eligible for commission bonuses.
Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Commission payouts are subject to deal verification and developer confirmation. Quicksy reserves the right to withhold commission in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.
To claim commission, agents must be an active subscriber at the time of deal registration and completion. Cancelled subscriptions forfeit any pending or future commission claims.
Given the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel during month 1, no further charges will be made. Cancellation after month 2 does not entitle you to a refund of any monthly payments already made.

By using Quicksy, you consent to the collection and use of your WhatsApp or Telegram phone number and search data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Quicksy provides property search and information services only. We do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or advisor. Property availability, pricing, and details are subject to change and Quicksy does not guarantee their accuracy. Always verify property details independently before advising clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quicksy and Velocity Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost commission, lost deals, or reliance on property information provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp or email.
